Earning CBI Rewards Points is easy with points being earned on an increasing scale according to your everyday spend patterns.

You can earn CBI Rewards points as follows:

Effective 1st December 2018 fair usage caps apply to our rewards program: The maximum number of reward points that you can earn on all your domestic and international spend per calendar month will be capped to 150,000 points. The maximum number of reward points that you can earn under the following spend categories (as per Mastercard/Visa classification) collectively will be capped to 25,000 points: Government Services, Utility Payments, Real Estate, Transport, Petrol/Gas Stations, Distributers, Freight, Courier and Advertising Media.

The table below shows an example of how easy it is to earn points through your everyday spending:

*2 points per AED 1.00 as spend classified as International purchase

**1.5 points per AED 1.00 as transaction amount greater than AED 2,000.00

As you can see, Reward points can build up quickly simply by spending on the essentials you would ordinarily pay for.
